CES Delegation Registration
In September, you will receive access to your Delegation Dashboard. Once registration launches, you can send your delegates their invitations directly from your Delegation Dashboard. In the meantime, get ready by reviewing the Delegation Dashboard How-To Guide for step-by-step instructions on registering yourself and your delegates.
**For a smoother registration process, please encourage your delegates to wait for their official invitation to register.
Reminder: Registering as a Delegation Leader does not register you for CES. If you plan to attend CES 2026 as well, you must complete your own registration.

Hotel Blocks
Remind your delegates to book their hotel room as soon as possible. If you need to request a block of hotel rooms for your delegates, visit www.CES.tech/hotels. Reservations will open Mid-August.

The International Business Centers (IBCs) offers services exclusively for our international delegates and attendees. Learn more.
International Reception
Hosted by CTA, delegation leaders and their delegates are invited to the annual International Reception. Enjoy light refreshments as we celebrate tech on the opening night of CES. Please bring your CES 2026 badge for entry. Look out for the invitation soon!
