  Accessibility services are available during show hours for people who have vision or hearing impairment and requested services in advance through registration. Once we receive your request, we will be in touch to schedule arrangements.

  Scooters, Wheelchairs and Segways

  Scooters and wheelchairs are available for rent at the LVCC and Venetian Expo. Segways are permitted at the LVCC and Venetian Expo for ADA use only. Segways are not permitted at ARIA, Mandalay Bay or Westgate for any purpose.

  Transportation

  ADA-accessible transportation is available during regularly scheduled shuttle hours and must be requested at least 30 minutes in advance. 
  
  There is no public parking available at the LVCC or the Venetian Expo. ADA parking is available at all official CES hotels on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check with hotel properties on their parking policies.

  • LVCC: FedEx Office, Grand Lobby Concourse, West Hall 2 Lobby and front of South Hall 1, 702-733-2898

• Cameras

  Attendees are permitted to bring camera equipment onto the exhibit floor. Exhibitors retain the right to restrict photography of their products or displays and such decisions are within the discretion of the exhibitor and are not controlled by CES®.

• Coat and Bag Check

  Coat and bag check is available at these locations, for a fee:

  • LVCC: Central Plaza; West Hall next to shuttle buses

  • Venetian Expo: Foyer next to Venetian Ballroom D

• Food

  • LVCC: Check out Lucky’s Restaurant, Prima Stampa, Honey Salt and Starbucks located in the Grand Lobby, Ace's Restaurant I the South Hall or the dining hall in West Hall. You can also find concessions in North, Central ad South exhibit halls as well as food trucks outside. 

  • Venetian Expo: ​Concessions areas are centrally located on the exhibit floors. 

    • Visit Starbucks or the Grand Canal Shoppes for a variety of options.

  • Also check out options at ARIA, Renaissance and Westgate.

• Lost and Found

  Lost and Found is located in the CES Security Offices at the following locations:

• Mother's Suites

  Mother’s Suites (lactation stations) are available for the privacy and convenience of working mothers at CES. Each Mamava suite contains a deadbolt lock for privacy, a power outlet, a fold-down table and two benches. Find Mother's Suites at these locations:

  • Venetian Expo, Level 2, Venetian Ballroom Foyer

  The ARIA and LVCC also provide private mother's rooms at the following locations:

• Personal Mobility

  Personal mobility devices (with or without motors) are not permitted at any CES venue. This includes hoverboards, skateboards, uniwheels and all similar products.
