Each product includes a unique QR code tied to its serial number, linking users to a customized digital experience. This single scan delivers product-specific quick start guides, highlights key features, and links to support. Unlike static documentation, every experience is tailored to that unit, providing accurate content across the product’s lifecycle. Users can see which recycled materials were used in their specific device and will gain access to repair guides and spare part ordering as features expand in 2026. Digital Passport is launching across HP’s Personal Systems portfolio in December 2025, covering notebooks, desktops, monitors, and more. It enhances the out-of-box experience while supporting long-term usability and responsible product ownership. This platform also strengthens HP’s transparency and circularity efforts through personalized engagement.
