Susan Doniz leads the company’s global enterprise technology organization and is responsible for the company’s data architecture and governance strategy, partnering closely with key tech and data stakeholders across the company. Before joining Disney in February 2025, Doniz served as the Chief Information and Data Analytics Officer for Boeing and was the Group CIO of Qantas Airways.
