Dr. Sandy Yao serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Biohub, and the Vice President of AI, IP and Technology at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. She oversees the legal and policy function supporting the frontier AI and frontier science work across the Biohub and CZI. Dr. Yao brings a wide range of expertise in data privacy, IP, and licensing. She also leads the work on Responsible AIxBio.
