Saif Khawaja is the founder and CEO of Shinkei Systems and Seremoni, pioneering humane, tech-driven seafood. He launched Shinkei in 2022 to modernize ike jime, the ancient Japanese method of fishing, and in 2024, created Seremoni, the seafood brand delivering Michelin-quality fish to restaurants and home cooks. He is a founding member of the Sushi Council at the National Fisheries Institute.
