Randall “Randy” Rutta is CEO of the National Health Council, leading efforts to promote access to affordable, high-value, sustainable healthcare and drive patient-centered policy change. A seasoned healthcare executive, he previously served as CEO of Easterseals and AARDA. Rutta also serves on the Boards of Patient Focused Medicines Development (PFMD) and the Medical Device Innovation Consortium.
