FCC Commissioner Olivia Trusty was nominated by President Trump and confirmed in June 2025. She previously served on the staff of the Senate Armed Services Committee and the Senate Commerce Committee, as a Legislative Assistant to Sen. Roger Wicker, on the staff of the House Energy & Commerce Committee and as a Legislative Assistant to Rep. Bob Latta. She began her career in the private sector.
