Noboru Saito joined TDK in 1989 and has over 20 years of international experience in Europe and the US. He led the acquisition of a US sensor company and made the sensor business a core pillar of TDK. In 2022, he became President of TDK and is leading more than 100,000 team members worldwide. He is known for his positive thinking, love of RAKUGO, and his motto, “Enjoy Pressure.”
