Maxine Williams is the Vice President of Accessibility and Engagement at Meta. Her mandate spans people, product and policy spheres as she works to ensure Meta’s products are accessible, valuable and usable for everyone, regardless of abilities. In this role, Maxine works closely with product, engineering, design and policy teams to prioritize accessibility in Meta’s products and services.
