Lindsay Fraser is the Chief Policy Officer at Blockchain Association, where she leads the organization’s policy strategy and advocacy. She previously served as U.S. Policy Lead at Uniswap Labs, and has also held various roles across the financial services industry and in the Office of Management and Budget. Lindsay holds an M.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
