Dr. Kimberly Cochran is the Manager of the Waste Measurement and Circular Economy Branch at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She leads the team working on battery and plastics circularity, as well as U.S. waste statistics. She has worked in the solid waste industry for 25 years. She holds a Ph.D. in environment engineering from the University of Florida.
