Kelly is the VP of Wearables and Research Partnerships for Meta’s Reality Labs. She leads partnerships across the Wearables devices space, including Meta’s partnership with EssilorLuxottica for the Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Kelly is a strong advocate supporting women in technology roles and leveraging Wearables devices to perform at the highest levels - both at work and in performance sports.
