John Krafcik is a Rivian board member and an advisor to AI/robotics startups, including Bedrock Robotics. As CEO of Waymo (2015-2021), his team launched the world’s first fully autonomous mobility service. Prior roles include CEO of Hyundai Motor America (2008-2013) and Chief Engineer at Ford. He holds degrees from Stanford & MIT, where he developed the term and framework for lean production.
