Jay is the U.S. Head of Equity ETFs at BlackRock. In this role, he oversees the product strategy, client engagement, and thought leadership across the firm’s $3 trillion index and active equity and digital assets ETF business. Jay is frequently cited in the media including CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg. He holds a BA from Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
