Hubert is Counsellor (Digital) at the Embassy of Singapore to the United States. This is Singapore’s first and to date only diplomatic post focused on digital technologies. He is concurrently Senior Tech Policy Advisor to the National AI Group at Singapore’s Ministry of Digital Development and Information.
