Chris provides strategic direction for EH&S programs across WM. Chris also led WM’s EH&S legal team, and he has experience in litigation, environmental and safety regulations, and government affairs. Prior to WM, Chris worked in U.S. EPA, the NJ Att'y Gen’s Office, and at Manko, Gold, Katcher and Fox, LLP. Chris has a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
