Christiane Pendarvis is a chief executive with over 25 years of experience leading consumer businesses. She is currently Co-CEO of PATTERN Beauty where she leads all aspects of the business in partnership with Tracee Ellis Ross, the Founder. Previously she was Co-President at Savage X Fenty. Under her leadership the company grew 6X from 2019 to 2022 and successfully closed two financing rounds.
