Carl Blake is the Chief Executive Officer for Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). As CEO, he is responsible for exercising administrative control of all offices and functions of PVA, as directed by the National President and Board of Directors. Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Holds an MPA from Old Dominion University.
