Caitlín Higgins Ní Chinnéide is Ireland's Consul General to the South Western United States, representing Ireland in Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. A seasoned diplomat, she previously served as Deputy Head of Mission in Ireland’s Embassy in Mexico and as Deputy Director of UN Policy. She is a graduate of the University of Oxford and Trinity College Dublin.
