Brian Miller, M.D., M.B.A., M.P.H. is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University and a Nonresident Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. He previously worked at CMS, the FDA, FTC, and FCC. Dr. Miller is a Commissioner on the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission and a Trustee for the North Carolina State Health Plan, a $4.5 billion plan covering 750,000 members.
