Mr. Ponder has served as General Counsel and VP of Regulatory Affairs for Globalstar since 2010. In his role, he has directed Globalstar’s regulatory and licensing worldwide. He has led the international regulatory efforts required for the commercial introduction of the world’s 1st satellite direct-to-device service, now providing mobile satellite connectivity to millions of people globally.
