Aleda leads strategic investments and partnerships at Goodyear that scale new materials, circularity, and tire intelligence solutions across mobility ecosystems. She previously developed digital innovation capabilities at American Airlines and Nestlé, and cofounded PureCarbon before joining Goodyear to grow its Innovation Lab. She holds a BS from Northeastern and an MBA from Cornell.
