Albert Chiu is a Product Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in CA. In his 25+ years working in Load Management and Integrated Demand Side Management, he has developed technologies, system, policies and programs for utility customers. He is the lead of the DR Emerging Technology and IDSM Programs at PG&E. Albert also serves on the board of the OpenADR Alliance.
