International Delegation Program Details
The CES International Delegation program is an exclusive way for global business and government leaders to experience CES 2026, with curated support, streamlined access, and unique networking opportunities.
Whether you're leading or joining a delegation, it can enhance and simplify the CES experience, especially for first-time attendees traveling to Vegas from outside the United States.

Note: Applying as a Delegation Leader does not register you for CES 2026. You must complete your own registration when it launches in the fall.

Program Benefits Offered for CES 2026
- Complimentary CES 2026 attendee registration (this includes access to exhibit show floor, keynote sessions, Great Minds Stage, and select complimentary conference sessions).
- Deluxe Conference Pass Discount: 25% discount on the purchase of a Deluxe Conference Pass.
- Show Floor Tours Discount: 10% discount on exclusive StoryTech VIP Industry Expert Tours. Choose from our General Trends Tour or one of our customized category tours (Health and Wellness, Automotive and Startups). - Access to the International Business Centers (IBCs): On-site IBCs includes WiFi, computer stations, laptop hookups, refreshments, select translators, and private meeting rooms available for booking.

Delegates
- Special CES 2026 Registration Invitation to be sent by the Delegation Leader to join the Delegation and register for CES 2026. For a smoother registration process, Delegates are encouraged to wait for the invitation before completing their registration.
Delegation Leaders
- Manage Your Delegation Leader Dashboard: Gain access to an exclusive dashboard to manage your Delegates.
- Complimentary Hotel Stay: Delegation Leaders who bring at least 50 delegates to CES 2026 will receive a complimentary hotel stay through the duration of CES 2026 (certain conditions may apply).
- Monthly E-newsletters: Receive important information and supporting resources for the Delegation Program, CES 2026, and more.
- Promotional recruitment materials: To assist with recruitment efforts.
U.S. Commercial Service
The U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration is working with CTA to support CES.
With a network of over 100 domestic offices and more than 75 offices located at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide, the U.S. Commercial Service will actively promote CES and support the participation of foreign business delegates and delegations through digital outreach and international engagement.
