Scott Heimendinger is a culinary innovator and founder of Seattle Ultrasonics, makers of the world's first ultrasonic chef's knife for home cooks. He previously worked at the Modernist Cuisine culinary research lab, at Anova as Chief Innovation Officer, and co-founded Sansaire after working at Microsoft and IBM. Scott loves robots, lasers, and making home cooks feel great about themselves.
