Andrew Ferguson
Chairman, Federal Trade Comission
Andrew Ferguson is Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission. He served as solicitor general of Virginia. Prior to that, he served as chief counsel to U.S. Sen. McConnell, and as counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee. He earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia and clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
