The CES International Delegation program is an exclusive way for global business and government leaders to experience CES 2027, with curated support, streamlined access, and unique networking opportunities.

Whether you're leading or joining a delegation, it can enhance and simplify the CES experience, especially for first-time attendees traveling to Vegas from outside the United States.

**Note: Applying as an International Delegation Leader does not register you for CES 2027. You must complete your own registration when CES 2027 registration opens this fall.**

• Special CES 2027 International Delegation Registration Invitation will be sent directly by the Delegation Leader to register for CES 2027 and join their delegation. (For a smoother registration process, Delegates are encouraged to wait for the invitation before completing their registration.)

• Complimentary CES 2027 attendee registration (this includes access to exhibit show floor, keynote sessions, Great Minds Stage and select complimentary conference sessions). 

• Premium Pass Discount: 25% discount on the purchase of a Premium Pass. 

• Show Floor Tours Discount: 10% discount on exclusive StoryTech VIP Industry Expert Tours. Choose from our General Trends Tour or one of our customized category tours (Health and Wellness, Automotive and Startups).

  If your group requires a translator, one complimentary translator ticket is included with your first paid show floor tour.

• Access to the International Business Centers (IBCs): On-site IBCs includes WiFi, computer stations, laptop hookups, refreshments, select translators and private meeting rooms available for booking.

Delegation Leaders  

• Manage Your Delegation Leader Dashboard: Gain access to an exclusive dashboard to manage your Delegates. 

• Complimentary Hotel Stay: Delegation Leaders who bring at least 50 delegates to CES 2027 will receive a complimentary hotel stay through the duration of CES 2027 (certain conditions may apply). 

• Monthly E-newsletters: Receive important information and supporting resources for the Delegation Program, CES 2027, and more. 

• Promotional recruitment materials: To assist with recruitment efforts.

• Recruiting Incentives: Delegation Leaders who bring at least 50 delegates to CES 2027 and receive a complimentary hotel stay through the duration of CES 2027 (certain conditions may apply) and additional exclusive invitations.

Delegates  

• Special CES 2027 Registration Invitation will be sent by the Delegation Leader to join the Delegation and register for CES 2027. For a smoother registration process

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration is working with CTA to support CES 2027 through the digital promotion service.

With a network of over 100 domestic offices and more than 75 offices located at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide, the U.S. Commercial Service will actively promote CES 2027 and support the participation of foreign business delegates and delegations through digital outreach and international engagement.
