Jonathan is a Food Robotics Eng. who has spent the last 7 years developing ecosystems to sustain digital cooking technologies. He completed his PhD & Postdoc at Columbia’s Creative Machines Lab and is currently working with Redefine Meat, developing new texture sensing platforms to mimic real steak with plant-based ingredients. His background is in robotics and design and his passion is in food.
