With nearly two decades of tech policy experience, David leads CTA’s advocacy on telecom policy, cybersecurity, and competition. Prior to CTA, David served as Executive Director of the GPS Innovation Alliance, an organization dedicated to protecting, promoting and enhancing the use of GPS. Previously, David served as Chief of Staff to an FCC Commissioner and in senior roles on Capitol Hill.
