Whitney Baird is President & CEO of the U.S. Council for International Business (USCIB), a leading voice for U.S. business in global economic policy. She came to USCIB after a distinguished career at the Department of State. Most recently, Baird served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs. She also led the U.S. Mission to the OECD 2020-2022.
