Tim Kurth is Majority Chief Counsel for the Innovation Subcommittee of the Energy & Commerce Committee. He leads its efforts on data privacy and related AI matters, as well as chips and emerging technologies. Tim previously served as senior policy advisor on technology, telecommunications, and financial services issues for Speaker Dennis Hastert before working several years in the private sector.
