Teresa is The MITRE Corporation’s Program Lead for Neurodiverse Talent Enablement and has a long history of advocacy for neurodiverse populations. She is a parent of an adult on the autism spectrum, designed and spearheads MITRE's internal neurodiversity internship program, helps run pilot neurodiversity hiring programs at federal agencies, and is active in MITRE's Inclusion and Diversity program.
