Kaldes is President and CEO of Next50, a private, national foundation based in Denver. Before Next50, Kaldes was President and CEO of the American Society on Aging and before ASA was President and CEO of the South Florida Institute on Aging. He also was a senior philanthropic executive at JPMorgan Chase & Co., served in the Obama White House and practiced law at Weil Gotshal.
