Kevin Moriarty is an advisor to Chair Lina Khan of the Federal Trade Commission. He works primarily on consumer protection, with a particular focus on data protection. Previously, Mr. Moriarty worked for a decade in the FTC’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection, where he investigated and litigated seminal cases involving data security, software security, and privacy.
