As a Principal Architect of Responsible AI & Tech at Salesforce, Kathy develops research-informed best practices for the development of responsible AI. She is a Visiting AI Fellow at NIST, member of Singapore’s Advisory Council on the Ethical Use of AI & Data and AI Verify Foundation. She's the co-author of 2 editions of "Understanding Your Users: A Practical Guide to User Research Methodologies."
