Karen has 20 years consulting experience at BCG in Paris, New York and Mexico City. Karen is a Fellow at BCG Henderson Institute (BCG think tank), doing research on the Future of Customer Interactions. Karen has published several articles (including in HBR) on how new technologies are shaping customer interactions. She also performed a TEDTalk on the emergence of virtual assistants.
