Dr. Jayne Morrow is a Senior Advisor to the Director of National Institute of Standards and Technology leading standards policy for critical and emerging technologies. Her efforts build stronger connections between standards and the innovation ecosystem of the United States, including engagement with academia, industry and government agencies in international standards.
