James Jennings is the Illinois EPA’s Deputy Director and oversees the Illinois EPA’s air, land, and water programs. Prior to becoming Deputy Director, James was the Illinois EPA's Materials Management and Compliance Section Manager for seven years and Assistant Legal Counsel for three years. James is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and the University of Cincinnati.
