Dr. David Steel is executive director of UL Standards & Engagement, leading the nonprofit organization’s development of safety standards and translation of safety science research into practical policy initiatives and advocacy to improve human safety, security, and sustainability. Prior to ULSE, Steel spent more than two decades in senior roles at Samsung Electronics.
