Carolyn Hoskinson is the Director of EPA’s Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery (ORCR). ORCR leads EPA’s efforts in: reducing waste, recycling, & beneficial reuse of wastes, proper municipal solid waste and hazardous management, disposal, and cleanup, and international waste issues such as import, export, marine litter, & plastics.
