Perissa Bailey joined Mercury Marine as the VP and GM of eSolutions in 2022 following an 18-year career at Ford. As Ford’s global tech strategy and planning director, she led electric vehicle strategy, UX, charging, connectivity and autonomy. At Mercury, she is responsible for leading the electrification business, adv. engineering, and overseeing the launch of 3 all new Mercury electric outboards.
