CES 2023 Digital Venue Support

Whether you’re attending in-person in Las Vegas or with the Digital-Only Pass, the CES 2023 digital venue offers something for you – before, during and after the show.

Beginning in December, you can preview the venue to check out the platform’s features. You can also begin building your schedule and favoriting exhibitors.

During show days in January, the venue will offer four channels of streaming video live from Las Vegas, including all keynotes, select conference sessions and show floor videos. Registered media will also be able to live stream select press conferences during Media Days. Additionally, all attendees can visit exhibitor digital activations and connect with company personnel and network with attendees.

After the show, catch up on sessions you missed with on-demand video and continue to make connections with attendees and exhibitors through February 28, 2023.

Accessing the Venue

To access the digital venue, you must be registered for CES 2023. Exhibitors, media and industry attendees are all eligible to enter, whether you are attending in-person or digitally.

To enter the venue, visit digital.ces.tech and log in using the same email address and password you used when you registered for CES 2023.

If you need assistance with your account, please reference the CTA / CES Account FAQs.

Building Your Schedule

You can begin adding sessions to your schedule immediately. Select Conference Schedule on the left-hand navigation, then View All Sessions to see the full list, and select Add to Schedule to include the desired sessions in your schedule.

To view the list of sessions you’ve added, select My Agenda from the left-hand navigation.

Making Connections

When you first access the digital venue, you will be prompted to answer two networking opt-in questions. The first is regarding attendee-to-attendee networking connections. If you select yes, your profile information, including name, title, company, interests and (if provided) social media links will be publicly available in the attendee directory, allowing other attendees to contact you via 1:1 chat. Similarly, you will be able to reach out to potential contacts.

Note: if you select no, you will not be able to contact your fellow attendees

The second is regarding whether or not you choose to share your contact information with exhibitors whose digital activations (virtual booths) you visit during the show. If you opt in, each exhibitor you visit will receive the contact information associated with your profile. If you opt out, you will still be able to visit exhibitor activations, and exhibitors will receive anonymous data about your visit; however, you will need to contact them directly if you’d like to follow up about the products and services they offer.

You may choose to opt in to one networking option and out of the other. Additionally, you may change either or both response at any time. To change your opt in answers, select My Profile on the left-handed navigation, then scroll down to the opt ins and change your selection from the drop-down menu.

Favoriting Exhibitors

You can browse exhibitors by selecting the Exhibitor option on the left-hand navigation. Each exhibitor has a small star icon associated with it. To add the exhibitor to your list of favorites, simply select the star. A solid yellow star indicates a favorite exhibitor.

Accessing Video On-Demand

All keynotes and select conference sessions will be livestreamed in the digital venue during the event. These sessions will be made available for on-demand viewing soon after they are completed, most often within 24 hours of their original streaming time.

On-demand video will remain available in the venue until the venue closes on February 28, 2023.
