Valens VA7000 chipset family

Valens Semiconductor Ltd
  • 2023 Honoree in Vehicle Tech & Advanced Mobility, Embedded Technologies
The VA7000 chipset family is a Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) solution offering long-reach multi-gig asymmetric sensor connectivity for the automotive industry, helping to pave the hardware foundation for the Software Defined Vehicle of the future.
The VA7000 chipsets are the first automotive connectivity solution to comply with the MIPI A-PHY standard, allowing for interoperability between sensor and ECU vendors.
The chipsets offer ultra-high bandwidth (up to 8Gbps), long distance (up to 15m), near-zero latency, and error-free links (PER of 10-19), enabling advances in ADAS and autonomous systems by supporting camera sensors up to 15 megapixels, lidars, and radars.
