Vanessa Kingori
Chief Business Officer, Condé Nast UK

Vanessa Kingori MBE is a multi award-winning, British based, businesswoman, diversity proponent, youth advocate and mother.
 
With over 20 years experience in the media industry Vanessa has a special focus on business transformation, digitalisation and change management.
 
Vanessa’s appointment to lead the British Vogue business in 2017 made history. She is British Vogue’s first female business lead in its over 100 year history. She is also Conde Nast Britain’s first Black Publisher or business lead.
 
Vanessa’s role at British Vogue has involved a significant shift in the brand’s purpose and business strategy with an emphasis on diversity of perspective, social responsibility and female empowerment. This has led to multiple business awards, digital transformation, revenue growth and revenue diversification. In her first year, Vanessa helped lead the team to its most successful digital revenue in the website’s 30-year history, with a +95% revenue increase year-on-year, simultaneously maintaining British Vogue’s large print revenue, as well as leading the team to an increase of 750% in profits year-on-year for British Vogue events.
 
The unprecedented success of British Vogue’s revenue transformation during her tenure, has led to a recent promotion and expansion of her role to Chief Business Officer across the entire British company and encompassing all Conde Nast Britain brands - Vogue, GQ, GQ Style, Wired, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Tatler, Conde Nast Traveller, Johansens,, House & Garden and The World of Interiors. This is in addition to continuing her existing responsibilities directly leading British Vogue and a further expansion of role to support the Vogue brand across Europe as Vogue’s European Advisor.

 

Jean-Noel Barrot
Minister for Digital Transition and Telecommunications, France

Jean-Noël Barrot is the French Minister for Digital Transition and Telecommunications. Prior to joining the government, Barrot represented the 2nd constituency of the Yvelines department in the National Assembly from 2017 to 2022 where he also held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Finance Committee of the National Assembly. Jean-Noël Barrot is an economist.
 
From 2013 to 2017, he was a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), before being appointed professor at HEC Paris. His research focuses on finance, production networks, and the evaluation of business support public policies. He graduated from HEC Paris, holds masters from the Paris School of Economics, HEC and Sciences-Po, as well as a Ph.D. obtained at HEC Paris.
 
Jean-Noël Barrot belongs to the Mouvement Démocrate (MoDem) where he served as national spokesperson (2018), then as secretary general (2018-2022) and finally as vice president (since July 2022).
 
Born on May 13, 1983, in Paris, Jean-Noël Barrot is a laureate of the French-American Foundation's "Young Leaders" program (class of 2020). His work has been published in leading international such as the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics and Management Science.
 
Adriana Hoppenbrouwer
Co-Founder, The Fabricant


Adriana is co-founder of The Fabricant - the digital fashion house building a new digital-only fashion model that is more creative, sustainable and equitable. Prior to starting The Fabricant, she has held leading roles at board level in global fashion and retail brands.
 
Geoffrey Bouquot
CTO & Group Vice-President Strategy & External Relations, Valeo 


Geoffrey Bouquot has joined Valeo in December 2015 as Group Vice-President, Corporate Strategy & External Relations. In June 2020, Geoffrey Bouquot has been appointed Group Senior Vice-President R&D and Product Marketing in addition to his current role.

Since 2014, he was Technical Advisor for Industrial Affairs of the French Minister of Defence.

Previously, he was Chargé d'Affaires of the Aerospace & Defense sector within the French Agency of State Participation (Agence des participations de l'État, APE).

He was also Project Manager Purchasing and Subcontracting within the Latécoère Group, and served as Head of Mission to the CEO of the OCP Group.

Born in 1985, Geoffrey Bouquot graduated from the prestigious Ecole Polytechnique (2005) and the Ecole des Mines de Paris, distinguished for the outstanding performance of its research centers.
Lindsey McInerney
Global Head of Technology and Innovation


Named one of ‘The 30 Most Influential People in the Metaverse’, one of ‘The Most Prominent Digital Futurists to Watch Out For in 2022’, and one of the ‘Top Players of the Metaverse’, Lindsey McInerney is a recognized leader in web3, a space set to be the successor of our current internet.
 
An early internet nerd and tech futurist, Lindsey is consumed by the emergence of the metaverse, and excited about the ways crypto, blockchain, gaming, NFTs and XR will change our current digital and physical landscape.
 
As Global Head of Technology and Innovation at AB InBev, the world's largest brewer, she launched Stella Artois into the metaverse in an explosive partnership with ZED RUN, a crypto horse racing game.
 
One of the first major brand executions in the space, the Cannes Lion award nominated campaign, put Stella Artois on the map as the first beer brand and FMCG company in the metaverse and was well received by traditional and crypto media alike.
 
Whether building hyper-growth startups or advising Fortune 500 companies, the Royal Family or the United Nations, Lindsey has spent her career helping people understand the impact of evolving technologies and adopt them early. She speaks regularly at conferences and is sought out as a thought leader on emerging tech.
 
Most recently, Lindsey has recently launched a new venture to explore the intersection of web3 and entertainment.
 
Gary Shapiro
President and CEO, Consumer Technology Association (CTA)®

Gary Shapiro is president and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)®, the U.S. trade association representing more than 2,200 consumer technology companies and which owns and produces CES®  – The Global Stage for Innovation.

Shapiro directs a staff of about 200 employees and thousands of industry volunteers, leading his organization’s promotion of innovation as a national policy to spur the economy, create jobs and cut the deficit. CTA advocates for a lower deficit, skilled immigration, free trade and policies that support innovative new business models. CTA does not seek government funding for industry.

Shapiro is a New York Times bestselling author, whose books include “Ninja Future: Secrets to Success in the New World of Innovation” (HarperCollins, 2019), “Ninja Innovation: The Ten Killer Strategies of the World’s Most Successful Businesses” (HarperCollins, 2013) and “The Comeback: How Innovation will Restore the American Dream” (Beaufort, 2011). Through these books and television appearances, and as a columnist whose more than 1,000 opinion pieces have appeared in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Washington Post, Shapiro has helped direct policymakers and business leaders on the importance of innovation in the U.S. economy. He is considered an “influencer” on LinkedIn and has more than 300,000 followers.
Neda Whitney
Marketing Strategist, Christie's


Neda joined Christie’s at the start of 2021, and in her role she develops marketing strategy for the Americas, while leading Creative, Content and Strategy teams. She oversees the marketing campaigns for the art, artifact, luxury and design portfolios in the Americas, with keen attention to innovation, data and best in class creative execution. In addition to campaign marketing she is focused on introducing the brand to new and emerging audiences and the future role of Christie’s in the cultural narrative.
 
During her time at Christie’s, Neda has played a critical role in leading the rebranding of the 20th and 21st century art department, the advent of digital transformation at Christie’s and the brand’s foray into over $150M in NFT sales, as well the recent sale of Andy Warhol’s Shot Sage Blue Marilyn for $195M, the most expensive painting of the 20th century. She is also leading marketing for the Paul G. Allen Collection this Fall at Christies, which at over $1 billion will be the largest auction in history.
 
Prior to Christie’s, Neda spent twenty years working at the top agencies in NY, SF, London and Paris crafting marketing, branding and PR for some of the largest brands in the world. Most recently she was SVP, Managing Director of Client Services at R/GA where her client portfolio included Tiffany & Co, L’Oreal, Unilever, Verizon, Uber, Amazon and ESPN.  Neda earned a Mass Communications and Political Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
 

Rahim Attaba
VP, Global Marketing and Communications, The Sandbox

A lifelong gamer, Rahim Attaba is the Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications. Prior to joining, Rahim was Director of International Publishing at Bungie, as well as Twitch’s Director of Commerce and Marketing for EMEA. Rahim also was marketing director for Europe at Wargaming.net and the senior free-to-play marketing manager for free-to-play at GOA, responsible for titles such as League of Legends and Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.

Lesley Rohrbaugh
Director of Market Research, Consumer Technology Association


Lesley Rohrbaugh is Director of Market Research at Consumer Technology Association (CTA). Lesley is responsible for leading, coordinating and executing aspects of consumer, B2B and strategic research programs (international and domestic) across all technology categories at CTA, as well as developing overall research strategy and project planning. Lesley has led research teams for several major corporate and non-profit brands, is a frequent speaker and keynote at many industry events, and was recently on the board for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Insights Association. She was also recently named to Dealerscope’s 2022 “40 Under 40” list honoring top young leaders within the consumer technology space. Lesley holds degrees in psychology, sociology and behavioral statistics from Virginia Tech.
 
Sebastian Fahey
Managing Director, Sotheby's EMEA


Appointed Managing Director of Sotheby’s EMEA in late 2019, Sebastian is responsible for the company’s business in Europe, the Middle East, Russia, India and Africa. In early 2021, he was charged with the role of Executive Lead for the newly established Sotheby’s NFT department, thanks to his avid interest in and passion for the subject. Sebastian has since presided over Sotheby’s inaugural NFT sales, including the sale of the source code for the World Wide Web, and Sotheby’s ground-breaking Natively Digital sales.

Prior to his current appointment, Sebastian lived in Hong Kong between 2015 and 2019, where he served as Commercial Director, Asia, before assuming the role of Managing Director – Business, Asia in 2018. In this role he was responsible for leading the Company’s business director team, providing high value and complex transaction support, facilitating private sales, as well as overseeing the specialist departments of Modern Asian Art, Contemporary Art, Southeast Asian Art and Sotheby’s Gallery.
 
Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Sebastian was originally based in London as Senior Director of Auction Deals for Sotheby’s Europe and before this, Head of Sotheby’s Financial Services, Europe and Asia. By offering customised loans both for property consigned for sale and term loans secured against the value of a collection, Sebastian helped Sotheby’s global clients put their art collections and other valuable assets to work.
 
Sebastian joined Sotheby’s in 2004 after having graduated from the London School of Economics.
 
Alanna Roazzi-Laforet
Publisher and Chief Revenue Officer, Decrypt


Alanna is Publisher and Chief Revenue Officer of Decrypt Media, and the Founder of Decrypt Studios. Before Decrypt, she worked with ConsenSys on decentralized media and identity initiatives. Prior positions include stints at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Accuen/Omnicom Media Group, and Condé Nast as their Head of Digital Sales. She is also one of the founders of AdToken.


 
Chloe Popescu 
Agent, Culture & Leadership, UTA

Chloe Popescu is a Culture & Leadership Agent at leading global talent, entertainment and sports company UTA. In her unique role, she is charged with growing and helping lead the company’s “Culture Consulting” practice, where she works with brands such as Delta Air Lines, Byredo and PS The Private Suite, among others, to create unique moments within the cultural calendar.

Currently, Popescu works closely with clients and partners such as the Consumer Technology Association, owner/operator of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). She works on a number of initiatives that target the entertainment, marketing and Web3 industries, which have collectively helped CES reach record attendance and participation.
 
Previously, Popescu worked closely with brands to build original programs and sales initiatives from scratch. For example, she partnered with Harvard Business School to create DIALOGUE a first of its kind global thought leadership event hosted on the HBS Campus. Additionally, Popescu worked closely with client Delta Air Lines to develop new business partnerships and grow their market share in key regions. She was a part of the team that helped create and execute the airline’s successful “Festival Shuttle” program, which ferries a highly curated group of artist and industry leaders to popular events including the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, Summit Series and the Telluride Film Festival.
 
Popescu is a Los Angeles native and graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Media & Public Affairs.

 
John T. Kelley
Vice President and Acting Show Director, CES


As Vice President and Acting Show Director for CES, John oversees many elements of CES including Operations and Conferences. Prior to serving in this role, he served as the Senior Director of International Programs and oversaw many of international focused initiatives for CTA and CES. From 2014-2020, he served as the Show Director for CES Asia that convened in Shanghai, China from 2015-2019. In 2013, John was named Dealerscope’s 40 under 40 for the consumer electronics industry.
 
Lesley Silverman
Head of Web3, UTA

Lesley Silverman is the Head of Digital Assets at leading global talent, entertainment and sports company UTA. Silverman was UTA’s first full-time Digital Assets agent and has helped launch over a dozen non-fungible token (NFT) projects for clients including Halsey, Kaskade, ThankYouX & Hans Zimmer, Haas Brothers, Felipe Pantone and Klutch Sports Group, among others. She also represents creators and artists such as ThankYouX, Larva Labs, Deadfellaz, Erick Calderon and Diana Sinclair.

Silverman previously helped launch UTA’s Fine Arts Division and worked as an agent representing artists such as Judy Chicago and Ai Weiwei and corporate clients such as Microsoft and Rosewood Hotel Group. She also supported UTA Artist Space, an exhibition venue in Beverly Hills that is committed to showcasing art by globally recognized talent.
 
Prior to joining UTA, Silverman worked as an art attorney at Glaser Weil and as an employment litigator at Littler.
 
Outside of UTA, Silverman is a member of the Hammer Collective at Los Angeles’ Hammer Museum and volunteers with Wags & Walks animal rescue.

 
Simone Stewart
Director of Digital & eCommerce, Aman
 
Simone has an extensive background in digital marketing and eCommerce across the hospitality, luxury and lifestyle sectors. In her role at Aman as Director of Digital & eCommerce she oversees the digital touchpoints of the brand and the curation of the online experiences to ensure they are commensurate with the calibre of the on-property service.
 
In her previous roles, she led marketing teams at international hospitality brands to curate best in class digital experiences. She worked previously as Head of Sales & Marketing and Account Director at Propeller Digital in London, Group Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing and Development Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. She has worked with leading luxury and lifestyle brands to consult on digital transformation projects including Michelin starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, members clubs and direct consumer brands to drive their digital roadmap and evolution of guest and customer experiences.
