Shiv Singh is the Chief Marketing Officer at Eargo Inc. where he is responsible for all brand building, customer acquisition, digital, PR and product strategy activities. Eargo is revolutionizing the hearing loss space with a hearing aid and licensed care offering that has been recognized by Time Magazine as a Top 50 invention. Prior to Eargo, Shiv drove marketing, innovation and digital strategies at Visa as the SVP & Global Head of Innovation Go-To-Market and the SVP & Global Head of Digital & Marketing Transformation. Earlier he ran digital marketing across paid, owned and social media at PepsiCo as their Global Head of Digital Marketing. In July 2019, Shiv was recognized as Forbes CMO Game-Changer. Earlier, in 2016, Shiv was inducted into the American Advertising Hall of Achievement and has been recognized by Adweek as a Top 50 marketer twice (#11 & #14). He was also recognized as a Media Maven by Ad Age and was featured on their magazine cover. Over the years, Shiv has been featured or quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Forbes, Ad Age, Adweek, Huffington Post and the Harvard Business Review. Shiv is also the co-author of Savvy-Navigating Fake Companies, Fake Leaders & Fake News and also of Social Media Marketing for Dummies which is in its fourth edition and has been translated into several languages.
