Peggy Fang Roe has been named Global Officer, Customer Experience, Loyalty, and New Ventures. In this newly created position, Peggy will have oversight of the continued growth of Marriott Bonvoy and the development of new business venture opportunities, which accelerate customer engagement and support our core hotel business. Peggy and her team will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end customer experience, developing a strong value proposition for consumers that drives incremental share of wallet and deep loyalty. During her tenure as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Peggy led the marketing, sales & distribution strategies for over 23 countries and territories, 23 brands and more than 740 open hotels in Asia Pacific.
