Vice President, Nottingham Spirk

Bill is the VP of Growth for Nottingham Spirk, leading both the Business Development and Marketing initiatives. As a member of the Nottingham Spirk (NS) Leadership Team, he is focused for future growth and sustainabilty for the Firm. He also helps establish NS equity venture companies and serves as an Advisor. NS is a The Business Innovation firm, founded in 1972 and one of the world’s longest standing private innovation firms, where the founders are still involved in leadership roles. The NS team uses the Vertical InnovationTM process in collaboration with their client/partners to deliver product platform innovations resulting in over 1250 global commercialized patents and over $50 Billion in retail sales for their clients. To date, 95% of all NS patents have been commercialized. Prior to joining Nottingham Spirk, he worked as an Automotive Designer at General Motors, in the Cadillac Studio. Bill is an active member of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and is also a member of the Health and Fitness Council, Mobile Health Devices., assisting with establishing policy and standards. Bill is a Delegate for NEXUS, an international non-profit focused on next generation of social innovators and global impact investors. Bill also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Institute of Art, the Advisory Committee for CWRU think[box]. Bill has been featured on Bloomberg Radio, Sirius XM and NPR. He has been a frequent Speaker at Innovation Conferences.
