Jennifer Huddleston

Research Fellow, Mercatus Center

Jennifer Huddleston is a Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Her research focuses on the intersection of emerging technology and law and covers a wide range of issues topics including data privacy, liability issues regarding online platforms and emerging technologies, transportation innovation, and the benefits of technology and innovation. Her work has appeared in Colorado Technology Law Journal, The Journal of Internet Law, Business Insider, Slate, USA Today, the Chicago Tribune, The Hill, and U.S. News and World Report. Jennifer has a JD from the University Of Alabama School Of Law and a BA in political science at Wellesley College.
