How do I qualify for a complimentary hotel room?
The CES 2024 Delegation must have at least 50 delegates registered and approved (15 for TEPP Delegations)
- Max one (1) hotel room only available to the Delegation Leader. Max of six (6) nights. Hotel rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis; hotel room is not guaranteed.
What are the available dates for which I can book my hotel room?
The hotel block is available for a maximum of six (6) nights. CTA has reserved the following nights:
- Check in: Sunday, Jan. 7, 2024
- Check out: Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024

Delegation Leaders must complete the short form below by Monday, November 20, 2023 (5 PM EST). Delegation Leaders who qualify for a complimentary room will be notified via email the week of November 27.
